Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• Eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews staffing needs and salary guidelines for exempt and non‑exempt staff.
• Manages administrative support and coordinates training sessions.
• Oversees budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for departments.
• Directs maintenance planning and engineering support for the power plant.
• Ensures safety, compliance with regulations, and records management.
• Provides 24‑7 on‑call emergency response for plant operations.
