You will work alongside the Coffeehouse Leader to coach and develop the team, manage inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will oversee scheduling, lead the floor as needed, and ensure every guest experiences the Starbucks Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations alongside Coffeehouse Leader
• Coach and develop Baristas and Shift Leads with real-time feedback on drink craft and brand standards
• Oversee inventory—ordering, receiving, stock levels to keep store guest-ready
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage, stepping in to lead the floor as needed
• Ensure consistent delivery of the Starbucks Experience to every guest
• Foster a strong team culture to support partner engagement and retention
• Monitor performance against goals and help implement action plans to improve results
