You will work alongside the Coffeehouse Leader to coach and develop the team, manage inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

As a Coffeehouse Supervisor, you'll work side by side with the Coffeehouse Leader to keep the store thriving — helping lead the team, supporting partners, keeping customers happy, and making sure operations run smoothly day to day. From coaching and developing Baristas and Shift Leads to managing inventory and store goals, you'll play a key role in shaping the store's success. This role is all about balancing people and operations — building a strong team culture while driving results and delivering the Starbucks Experience.

What You'll Do
