Cup of Joe Cafes, LLC is seeking a friendly Barista at our Starbucks licensed Tanger Outlets store in Asheville, NC. You will craft beverages and food to standard, keep a smooth station, and bring warmth to every guest interaction.

We offer base pay $14–$15/hr plus tips, free drinks per shift, 50% off food, and growth opportunities in a family-run environment near the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Available for a mix of morning, midday, and closing shifts including weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Food handler certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

About The Role

Cup of Joe Cafes is looking for a friendly, guest-focused Barista to join our team at our Starbucks licensed store at Tanger Outlets in Asheville, NC. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, this high-traffic shopping destination draws visitors and locals year-round — making it one of our most active locations. As a Barista, you are the face of the store and the heart of the guest experience. You will craft Starbucks beverages and food items to standard, keep your workspace running smoothly, and bring the warmth and energy that makes guests want to come back.

• Coffee or café experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you on everything you need to know

• You're comfortable following Starbucks appearance standards (solid black top, black or khaki bottoms, slip-resistant shoes, apron provided) — full dress code shared at interview
