Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every shift creates a welcoming space for the community. You will coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, delegate tasks, and maintain high standards of customer service and shop safety.

The role requires 6 months of customer interaction experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role involving regular customer interaction.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality alignment with store policies.
