Qualifications

• Attend consistently and punctually, with or without accommodations.
• Available for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Follow store policies to maintain quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months' experience in customer interactions and fulfilling requests.
• Six months' experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members during shifts to maintain service standards.
• Delegate tasks to staff and coordinate activities of multiple employees.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
