Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Able to delegate tasks to others and coordinate two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise team during shifts.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate two or more staff.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and store safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
