Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Coach and direct the work of team members to meet quality standards
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, store safety, and security
• Delegate tasks and coordinate workloads across the shift
