Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more people

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Meet store policies and standards including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety
• Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
• Delegate tasks to others and coordinate two or more employees
