Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Follow store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety
• Six months experience in customer-facing role
• At least six months experience delegating tasks to others

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customer customizations
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members during shifts
• Maintain store safety and security and uphold brand standards
• Foster team relationships and effective communication within the store
