Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
• Provide quality beverages and food per recipes and customer requests.
• Cash handling and store safety compliance.
• 6 months’ customer service experience required.
• Experience delegating tasks to a team of two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and coach team to service excellence.
• Ensure store policies and standards are followed during shifts.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer specs.
• Foster a welcoming environment for customers and partners.
