Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and cultivate a welcoming coffeehouse environment for the community. You will oversee beverage and food preparation, coach teammates, and ensure quality, safety, and exceptional service during each shift.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, teamwork, and relation-building skills, plus the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain store standards across busy hours and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role that required constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and/or coordinate the tasks of two or more employees.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and customer service to ensure a smooth experience.
• Train and coach teammates on beverage and food preparation and adherence to standard recipes.
