Job summary

Starbucks Corp. seeks a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will coach baristas, manage beverage and food prep to standard recipes, and uphold safety, cash handling, and service quality on each shift.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, cash handling, safety and security standards.
• Six months in a role interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Six months of delegating tasks to others or coordinating a small team.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and lead shift operations with craft and heart.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards and recipes.
• Coach team members to ensure quality and speed of service.
• Uphold store safety, cleanliness and cash handling accuracy.
• Foster a welcoming space and brighten customers' experiences.
