Job summary

You will delegate tasks, supervise preparation to standard recipes, and uphold store policies, safety, and security while maintaining a collaborative, upbeat atmosphere for the community.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong oral communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate activities across shifts.
• Ensure store policies, safety, and security practices are followed.
