Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of customer interaction experience.
• At least six months experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees.

• Learn quickly and adapt to changing store needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain knowledge of the retail environment and uphold brand standards.
