Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Prepare and coach preparation of food/beverages to standard or customized recipes, including changes to temperature or ingredients.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
