Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Nashville to lead daily operations, mentor partners, and ensure exceptional beverage and food quality. You will coordinate tasks, manage cash handling, and uphold safety standards while delivering a warm, welcoming customer experience.

Preferred candidates have at least 6 months of customer-facing or supervisory experience and can work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and ensure quality beverages and food products.
• Direct and coach team members to deliver fast and friendly service.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and adherence to policies during all shifts.
