Job summary

Starbucks Corp. on Marco Island is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will guide the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes and coach staff to meet quality goals.

The role requires six months of customer-facing experience, ability to direct work, and strong communication. This on-site position includes growth opportunities and a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security in line with store policies.
