Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality as required, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Follow store policies including cash handling and safety.
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, including customizations.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate activities of two or more partners.
