Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Field Service Technician for Coffee & Vending Equipment to repair and recondition equipment at profit centers and customer locations. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, install equipment for accounts, and assist customers with questions or problems related to the equipment.

Responsibilities include repairs, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, documentation, and ensuring safety and quality in service calls.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing small electrical appliances or equipment.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Willingness to learn water connections, additional lines, and drainage.
• Experience with copper, braided and PEX lines preferred; marine of 6–12 months or vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose operating difficulties and determine correction.
• Repair or adjust equipment to restore working order.
• Clean and maintain equipment on location; exchange decanters and clean brewers.
• Document closing calls, invoices, asset verification, and customer records.
• Repair and refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Accurately record completed work on company mobile device.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and represent the company well.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency calls, preventive maintenance, surveys, and installations.
• Keep service area and vehicle clean and organized; follow safety guidelines.
