Job summary

Aramark Field Service Technician - Coffee & Vending Equipment seeks a technician to service and repair coffee and vending units at customer sites in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include installation, diagnostics, and customer support in a fast-paced service environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, English literacy, and a valid driver's license; training on water connections, plumbing lines, and safety is included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience repairing small electrical appliances is needed.
• Willingness to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add lines and drainage.
• Ability to work with copper, braided and PEX lines (6 months to 1 year in service ops or training).
• Read and write in English; effective communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate operating difficulties of equipment; diagnose problems.
• Repair or adjust equipment to return to working order.
• Install equipment at customer accounts and perform scheduled/unscheduled service.
• Document work: closing calls, invoices, asset verification, and customer documentation.
• Maintain spare parts, refurbish equipment, and manage service area and vehicle.
• Complete weekly Driver Report and follow Fleet Manual guidelines.
• Follow safety standards and manufacturer/company policies.
