Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate to welcome customers in our Boston boutique and guide them to their perfect coffee and machine. You’ll learn our products, provide an inviting experience, and drive sales while upholding sustainable, inclusive brand values.

You’ll participate in training, engage with customers in a fast-paced environment, and support team displays, safety, and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, guiding them to the right coffee and machine options.
• Provide an inviting boutique experience and uphold brand standards.
• Share knowledge about coffee, tastings, and promotions with customers.
• Collaborate with team to maintain displays and inventory.
• Support safe, clean boutique operations and shipments as needed.
• Participate in training to build capability beyond the first day.
