This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and reliable performance across flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and flexible scheduling as needed.
• Provide service that brightens customers' day and fosters a welcoming store environment.
