Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Maintain policy compliance: food/beverage quality, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage prep per standard recipes or customer customizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Direct and support team to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Ensure store operates in line with policies, safety, and service standards.
