Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a welcoming Florida store. You will ensure quality beverages and food, coach team members, and maintain a safe, friendly environment for our customers.

Effective communication and quick learning are essential as you coordinate tasks, build relationships, and support a collaborative team focused on outstanding service for the community.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Strong interpersonal and retail knowledge to create a welcoming store environment.

• Provide quality beverages and food products and maintain store safety and security.
