Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in a customer-facing role.
• 6 months' experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating a team.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes, with or without customization.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks store a welcoming space for the community.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Maintain store policies including cash handling, safety, and security.
• Coordinate tasks of two or more employees and delegate as needed.
