Starbucks Coffee Company in Florida is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach teammates, and maintain store standards across service, cash handling, and safety.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of customer-facing experience and prior ability to delegate tasks to a small team, while delivering consistent, high-quality service during varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Coach preparation of food/beverages to standard recipes and modify as needed.
• Six months delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities
