Hy-Vee in Shakopee, MN is hiring a Coffee Shop Department Manager to lead our busy coffee area. You will set standards for service, coach a team, schedule, and ensure product freshness and safety while controlling costs.

You’ll recruit and train staff, analyze weekly sales, and coordinate promotions with store leadership. A high school diploma and customer‑service orientation are required; experience in food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold standards for customer service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
• Coordinate scheduling and daily work plans with store leadership.
• Oversee ordering, replenishment, pricing, invoicing, and department bookkeeping.
• Analyze sales trends and plan promotions and displays.
• Maintain product temperatures, storage, and freshness standards for quality and shrink control.
• Ensure safety, dress code compliance, and adherence to policies.
