RocketCup Coffee is seeking passionate and energetic team members to join our team. We are dedicated to creating exceptional coffee experiences and fueling people's dreams and days with positive energy.

Position Details:

1. Title: RocketCup Coffee team member
2. Description: To craft high-quality drinks, prepare food, assist with inventory, and support daily store operations. Ideal candidates are team players with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
3. Shifts: Full-time and part-time, including weekends
4. Café Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $15 plus tips

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages meeting RocketCup standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including greeting, taking orders, and handling payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Participate in training and skill development
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Collaborate for smooth operations and a positive environment
• Prepare food in the kitchen
• Perform other duties as required
