Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment safely and efficiently to hit goals.
• Completes required documents and checklists related to operation.
• Interprets work orders to ensure correct materials and specs.
• Troubleshoots basic-to-moderate operation issues.
• Ensures adequate gas-off time for coffee products.
• Performs changeovers and coordinates materials delivery.
• Programs packaging machine per manufacturing specifications.
• Adjusts packaging equipment for correct case size.
• Packages, labels, and seals boxes for shipment.
• Inspects packages for quality (visual/weight/seal).
• Identifies and segregates nonconforming goods.
• Moves boxes to pallets and completes pallet tickets.
• Records downtime and submits maintenance requests.
• Cleans machine and work area to prevent dust buildup.
• Collects samples for quality assurance purposes.
• Follows safety protocols and uses PPE.
