White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Coffee House Supervisor in Austin to lead daily coffee-house operations and guest service. You will manage staff, ensure smooth workflows, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and hands-on operation of espresso equipment and POS systems to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate coffee equipment and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coffee outlet in the absence of the department manager and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching to maintain performance standards.
• Monitor staffing, opening/closing duties, and safety procedures.
• Maintain menu knowledge, suggestive selling, and quality standards.
• Support cash handling, payroll reporting, inventory control, and ordering.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and brand standards; maintain a guest-focused environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
