Job summary

Sightglass Coffee Roasters Llc is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Team Member to support wholesale distribution, cafe service and packaging presentation. You will work Monday to Wednesday, collaborating with the Fulfillment Supervisor and Roastery Department to fulfill daily orders and prepare materials.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 135 pounds with assistance, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 135 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and expedite daily orders with Fulfillment Supervisor and Roastery.
• Prepare and restock bags, tags, and materials needed daily.
• Weigh and package coffees accurately.
• Assist Wholesale customers with pick-ups & deliveries.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate needs to the production manager.
• Constantly maintain a clean work environment – thoroughly clean fulfillment area.
• Other duties as assigned.
