Job summary

Kona Joe Coffee LLC is seeking a dynamic Coffee Farm Manager to lead all aspects of coffee cultivation and farm operations in Kailua, Hawaii. You will supervise staff, oversee machinery, and apply best agricultural practices to ensure safe, sustainable, and profitable production of high-quality beans.

In this role, you will maintain equipment, manage irrigation and greenhouses if applicable, document crop progress, and uphold safety standards across the farm while fostering a culture of hands-on

Qualifications

• Supervising experience in agricultural or farm settings.
• Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment (tractors, skid steer, etc.).
• Familiarity with irrigation, horticulture, greenhouse management, and coffee crops.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm activities to optimize coffee yields.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of farm machinery.
• Manage farm staff and safety training.
• Maintain crop progress records and safety compliance.
• Inspect infrastructure and perform basic repairs.
• Implement irrigation schedules and greenhouse management.
• Ensure safety standards in farming operations.
