Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for coffee and in-depth knowledge of brewing methods, origins and equipment.
• Ability to create engaging, hands-on experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences.
• Lead coffee brewing demonstrations and educate on techniques.
• Guide customers in selecting beans based on flavor profiles and origin.
• Promote and sell coffee products and accessories.
• Drive customer engagement and sales through classes and demonstrations.
