Job summary

Sur La Table in Austin, TX seeks a Coffee Specialist to be the in-store expert for all things coffee, sharing product knowledge, brewing techniques, and personalized recommendations. You will demonstrate espresso machines, grinders, and accessories to help customers make informed choices.

You’ll lead hands-on classes, educate on pour-over, AeroPress, French press, cold brew, and latte art, and drive sales while maintaining a coffee-ready store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of employment.
• Deep knowledge of brewing methods and coffee origins.
• Ability to create engaging, hands-on experiences for customers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
