Job summary

Abita Roasting Company is looking for a dependable, hands-on Coffee Equipment Technician to keep our customers’ coffee and tea equipment running properly. You’ll travel to hotels, restaurants, churches, offices, and other customer locations to troubleshoot, service, and repair equipment when issues arise.

Between service calls, you’ll work at our warehouse repairing, testing, and preparing backup equipment for future installations.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting coffee/tea equipment.
• Ability to operate independently at customer sites.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs and handle physical work.
• Professional and respectful when working at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Install and service commercial coffee equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and diagnose faults.
• Perform regular cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Make repairs and replace parts as needed.
• Travel to customer locations within the region.
• Keep service records and communicate completed work.

• Experience with working on coffee/ tea equipment
• Professional and respectful when working at customer locations
• Dependable and on time
• Previous coffee/tea equipment experience required
