You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure high-quality beverage production while supporting uptime for customers. The role covers travel within the region, hands-on electrical/plumbing work, and collaboration with the service team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of recent experience servicing and repairing commercial equipment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and water flow.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read manuals and interpret schematics; proficient in diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial coffee/beverage equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and repair to manufacturer specs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and QA tests to minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory of tools and parts and complete service documentation.
• Stay current on product knowledge and pursue account growth opportunities.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call service rotation.
