Job summary

Stumptown Coffee Roasters is seeking an Educator in Portland to deliver expert coffee education to wholesale partners and cafes. You will host in-person and virtual classes, curate content, and collaborate with the Director of Education to drive workshops and ongoing training. The role requires strong communication, hospitality, and willingness to travel.

You will manage schedules, use our CRM to document interactions, and support the broader education and sales teams to uphold brand quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years specialty coffee industry experience preferred.
• Experience in education/training is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
