Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing inventory, operating coffee equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High school Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Food Handler certification is required.
• Experience leading a team in a retail/food service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop department partners on job performance and standards.
• Oversee Starbucks department and promote sales to support profitability goals.
• Ensure quality control, proper product rotation, and safe working conditions.
• Promote sales with suggestive selling and attractive product displays.
