Brookshire Grocery Company’s Starbucks department in Oklahoma City is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to help lead partners, ensure quality coffee and food displays, and promote sales in support of profitability goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Food Handler certification, and Starbucks leadership training. You’ll train teammates, manage on-shift operations, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience or equivalent.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Completion of Starbucks Barista Basics Training and leadership training.
• 18+ years of age requirement.

Responsabilités

• Train and develop partners on the job with upper management guidance.
• Oversee designated department and promote department sales and customer service.
• Ensure quality control, food safety, and proper stock rotation of coffee products.
• Lead on-shift operations and assist with inventory and displays.
