Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, brew, and serve coffee and related beverages according to recipes.
• Maintain stock levels and monitor product quality and dates.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and friendly service.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and sanitary at all times.
• Assist customers and take orders by phone or in person.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
