Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be 18+; Barista Basics plus leadership training completed.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, direct, and delegate work for department personnel.
• Oversee department operations and ensure in-store policies are followed.
• Review sales data, promos, and inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Maintain product quality, labor standards, and safety compliance.
• Promote sales via suggestive selling and appealing displays.
• Lead staff in coffee preparation, packaging, and labeling.
