Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign, and direct work with upper management.
• Review historical data regarding sales and promotions; co-manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Assist with profit, loss, sales, and labor data review; support department goals and customer service.
• Maintain quality control and food safety standards; ensure proper stock rotation and product freshness.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented interactions and answer questions by phone or in person.
