You will develop reports, analyze key metrics, and collaborate with management to align with sustainability and quality goals.

Qualifications

Possess excellent verbal and written communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills with multiple teams across the account.
Ability to interact with diverse and high-volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner.
Ability to work at times with minimal supervision and accomplish tasks independently.

Responsibilities

Meet payroll, service, accounts receivable, HR, and other timelines as directed by Client and management.
Hires, trains and supervises daily staff conduct and reviews disciplinary actions.
Represents the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer, client and employee interactions.
Analyze weekly business and make recommendations; maintain Beverage Operations Manual and oversee POS audits.
