SummitStone Health Partners seeks a Coding Specialist-Certified (or progressing toward credentialing) to review records, abstract clinical data, and confirm correct ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes under supervision. The role supports billing accuracy and serves as quality control for clinical staff.
Compensation includes competitive hourly wages with 40-hour weeks, Mon-Fri, in Larimer County, CO. Certification within one year is required; familiarity with EPIC is preferred.
Responsible for reviewing client records, abstracting relevant clinical information, and confirming appropriate behavioral health and medical codes for accurate billing and reimbursement under supervision and established guidelines. This position serves as quality control support for clinical staff and is intended for coders who are newly certified or actively progressing toward full professional credentialing.
