Polyglass USA, Inc. / Mapei Group is seeking a Codes and Compliance Analyst to support the Codes and Compliance Department in Deerfield Beach, FL. You will interface with management, testing agencies, and building officials to drive code approvals and prepare specifications and test documentation.

Your role includes maintaining the intranet, reviewing reports, and coordinating with agencies like FM, UL, ICC, and Miami‑Dade. A related bachelor's degree and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, data analytics or related field.
• Knowledge of product testing and building codes for roofing/waterproofing.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project and data analytics tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Code Approval processes by analyzing products and competitor systems.
• Develops workflows for sustainable Code Approvals.
• Maintains Codes intranet site and uploads test reports with metadata.
• Reviews draft reports and NOAs for accuracy before submittal.
• Engages with testing agencies (FM, UL, ICC, Miami-Dade) and budgets.
• Ensures compliance with code approvals as directed by supervisor.
• Communicates effectively in oral and written form.
• Plans and organizes work to achieve efficient results.
• Proactively anticipates problems, opportunities, and challenges.
• Performs other duties as required.
