Oms Medical Billing Llc is seeking an experienced Coder/Biller Manager in Addison, TX to lead and develop the Billing & Coding team. You will supervise staff, drive coding accuracy, and optimize revenue cycle performance.

You will oversee CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS coding, monitor denials, ensure HIPAA compliance, and implement process improvements. This hands-on leadership role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a track record in healthcare billing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical billing and coding experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and insurance billing processes.
• Experience with denial resolution and revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the billing and coding team with coaching and mentorship.
• Oversee daily coding and billing activities and ensure timely claim submission.
• Monitor quality metrics, audit coding accuracy, and address denials.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to payer guidelines.

Coder/Biller ManagerLocation: Addison, TexasJoin Our Growing Team!We are seeking an experienced Coder/Biller Manager to lead our Billing & Coding team and support the continued growth of our healthcare practice management organization.
