Qualifications

• Participate in mandatory staff meetings and one-on-one meetings.
• Assist in planning and delivering programs beyond the written curriculum.
• Create a positive, safe environment for student growth.
• Oversee day-to-day coaching, activities and student engagement.
• Collaborate with children to determine skill sets.
• Provide feedback to parents through progress reports.
• Perform opening/closing duties and center cleanliness tasks.
• Report progress and projects to the center director.
