Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, properties and signs for compliance with codes.
• Issue notices of violations, citations, and corrective actions with deadlines.
• Prepare reports, notices, and court/hearing transmittals.
• Coordinate with Police and City departments on enforcement matters.
• Assist in training less experienced staff and maintain records.
