Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field with 3 years of enforcement experience.
• Florida Driver's License required; Florida Code Enforcement cert preferred.
• Knowledge of ADA and public safety regulations applicable to code enforcement.
• Experience supervising inspectors and handling regulatory investigations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Code Compliance Inspectors and staff.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight on investigations and enforcement.
• Coordinate with inspectors, courts, and city stakeholders on cases.
• Prioritize work, conduct interviews, and support training of new hires.
• Present findings to homeowners associations and City Council as needed.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with policies.
